Yep he has mismanaged his staff these last 2 games for sure.

He should have brought in a righty after pulling Lester. But I don't think he should have ever pulled Hendricks

Not sure why he pulled Hendricks in the first place. But why pull Lester with a 3 run lead?? Just to use Chapman? Never understand why managers go full retard in games like this.

The whole last two games worth of pitching decisions has been stupid by maddon. All on him.

Decisions are now made to prevent second guessing. If they blow the lead without bringing in chapman he gets hammered for it. Sure he'll get hammered for this now but more so for bringing in chapman in game 6.

The funny thing about that is Joe Maddon used to be the posterboy for Sabermetrics and would never ever bunt. Now I see them stealing bases, trying squeeze plays and things like that the whole series.

It's because they don't work on it enough. I don't totally blame them though. Home runs get you paid.

If he doesn't pitch Chapman for multiple innings with a 5 run lead I guarantee you that they win the game in 9 innings. But tonight was a lot more entertaining though!
