Just saw on the twitters where a Peyton Puckett has committed. What do the baseball experts know about him?

He's really young but he's an infielder. He was on the Team USA U15 team and was the only Mississippian on the team. We also got a commit for a player near Chattanooga named Gehrig Ebel who is also in the class of 2020 and he can play infield or possibly catch as well. We'll see how these two develop over the years and see where they profile the best at. My guess at this time would be infield.

We also got a commit from Eric Newsome from Germantown HS in Gluckstadt. He is in the class of 2019 and is 6'3" already and is a LH power bat but he can pitch as well. Right now the coaches think he could be dual position player- corner outfield or first baseman and closer/relief pitcher.

Looks like Coggin is doing well.

Any concerns I had about him are gone. We lost a few guys when Wes and Mingione left but I think we actually improved our class and got some flips ourselves.

Just got another juco. Cam Voss LHP from Niagra Community College. 71 ks in 45 innings.
