Did he ever play in or coach with anyone that ran a 3-4? Basically does he have any experience with a 3-4? I can't find that he did. From what I can find Justin Wilcox played a 4-3 at USC. I look at him as Sirmon's mentor. When Sirmon played for the Titans he was a MLB. Looks like they played a 4-3 under Fisher.
