Major changes have to be made to our staff if Dan wants to stay here. The fan base is divided and they will not follow this staff anymore. Major changes have to be made or Dan has to go himself. It's that simple

It all starts and stops with Mullen, but until we offer more money to attract and keep better assistant coaches and have some continuity at coordinator positions, we will get more of the same. Those are the coaches that teach the X's and O's and do the recruiting behind the scenes.

If he keeps losing I don't think the fans will be split at all.

As I thought before- October would make or break Dan. We are 0-3 and likely to go 1-3. We'll see what the fans think after we finish 3-9.

I don't think money is ALL the problem. There are plenty of great assistant coaches making less money right now. The main problem is BDD's stubbornness. He needs to hire coaches then let them coach and then hold them accountable. Beginning with the OL Coach, the special teams coach and the Offensive Coordinator.

Dan's going nowhere by the hands of anyone in our athletic department. We finish 3-9, with 4 straight ass stompings, and he's got 2017. Odds are favorable that we could be just as bad next year, and then he's shit canned.
