Pretty sure it is. Gibon is the perfect player to do so. He is a really outstanding person. I wanna say Keefer's family gave their blessing.

This better be the case or I'll be pissed. It's well documented the family wants the number retired. If Mullen gave it out just because Gibson really wanted it and begged, that's bullshit.

Side note: If Keffer's family gave their blessing and we actually gave it to him, why the hell will Mullen not play him?
