what's the use of even having school colors with some of the crap Adidas has given us and we accepted over the years. A tribute to to the N.E. Patriots against UMass? I didn't even feel like I was watching State. White helmets are bad enough, but silver? And gray pants, well who has worn those most of my 61 year old life? Ole Miss!! Another original thought. What's wrong with Maroon and White? I've gotten to where I couldn't care less. Some say, "as long as we win, I don't care what we wear." Well, that's not happening much since #1 either. Rant over. "Just win Baby". (the late, great Al Davis, and I can always recognize the Raiders!

I agree. It's gotten stupid. Our uni combos have gotten out of hand. It's not just us though. Look at LSU. I don't even recognize them half the time now. Those uniforms they wore against us were horrible. But not as bad as the ones they wore against Mississippi Southern.

I love the uni combo we had last year at Arky. Matte maroon helmet, white Jersey, and grey trousers. That's just me though

Please forgive me for preferring a more traditional uniform based mainly on maroon and white. People seem to know who Alabama, Penn State, and others are when they hit the field. It's not like much of the country still mixes us up with UNM. At least this year they can say, "Oh, yeah. They're the team from Ms that went 3-9 or 4-8, but boy they sure wear cool, wild uni's. Heck, I thought they really were the Patriots the way they stomped UMass." I just want to win again and look like MSU doing it. Hey, maybe we can go back to Croome's Russell Athletic, maybe they will give us $18 million to wear ugly uni's and look a little like Bama again. JMHO. Will try to stay in my place.
