I was wondering if the judge ever made a ruling on whether or. OT his testimony could be sealed? I remember it was a topic of conversation for a while but I haven't heard anything else on it.

It looks like they changed attorneys and then requested time for the new attorney to get familiar with the case.. typical.

If freeze has to testify, he'll either risk perjury or expose himself as a liar to the NCAA. He's in a very tough situation... of his own making though

It won't matter about the NCAA case timing wise. They can come back anytime they want to. They aren't bound by double jeopardy laws.
