Well usa is leading the 19th ranked team in the country in the second half right now. Not saying they are good, just saying stuff happens sometimes.

I agree with Random on a lot of things. But I would not want Whittingham to be our coach personally.

Mainly because he is Morman and I don't think that's going to play well on recruiting visits.

South Ala is not as bad you make them out to be. They are leading in the 3rd quarter over the #19 team in the nation.

That is so over blown... They get more kids from Texas and Fla than we do...
And how worse could the recruiting be???.

The pimping for KW on here is that a few of us KNOW for a fact he would take the job and would grind much harder than the CCB boys do..
And I have been told ask Urban Myer who the better coach is..

There are other coaches I would rather have , but that's a pretty good backup plan..

Yeah- but the bulk of our players are still going to come from Mississippi.

I do agree with you that he is a good fallback plan though.

This board would have been in full blown meltdown worse than the USA game with if we had just lost the way Utah did. 7 plays inside the 10 to finish the game and couldn't damn score. You read that right 7 plays inside the 10 and couldn't get in.

And USA just skulldrug SDSU. Totally dominated them in the 4th qrt. For an 18 price win. And yes, it is embarrassing to lose to them - but they now have a P5 win and a win on a ranked team. They are much better then most give them credit for.
