I like the fact that he uses a lot of different formations and styles- ace formation with two tight ends, spread, shotgun with two TE's. I like that when he went bend and don't break he at least threw a stunt at Ole Miss instead of just straight up bull rushing them. I don't like the penalties and this is a tough task for them being on the road in a game where Ole Miss wants big time payback.

It's hard to judge him fairly based on this one game and three games against cupcakes.

We'll see how the second half goes and what adjustments he makes. As much as Ole Miss is rushing them, I might lean to sets with at least one TE if I were him.

They're also pretty tall or at the very least long. That's why ideally I want two outside WR's that are 6'2"-6'5" and then a slot guy like a Jameon Lewis on the low end and Fred Ross on the high end in the slot. And it's not just for catching the ball- it's also for blocking purposes especially on screens. We have struggled with that this year and our lack of size is part of that.

My guess is it's something that happened vs. Georgia. I've never seen them use Pellerin like that although I did not watch the Georgia game. At the very least I know they didn't use him like that against Alabama. It would be pretty odd to do that now especially considering that Kelly is pretty mobile himself when healthy. See how we used Dak from game one on when Tyler was the starter in 2012. Or Tebow his freshman year. Dan and Urban didn't just all of a sudden decide that using Dak and Tebow as running QB's would be a good option suddenly during game five.

The critical question....how far north of 25? Per the enforcement model it should be be 150-300 schollies lost. As someone said weeks ago the NCAA never contemplated their new model being challenged quite like this so doubt its in the realm of 150-300.
