I buy. He's talented kid that just seems to have no clue what he's doing back there.

When he runs, he puts his head down & has really inconsistent footwork that leads to poorly thrown balls.

It's clear to me that his development & coaching has been sub-par

Buy. We developed QB as good as anyone.

I'm not impressed with him or TN. Both are overrated. Tn is by no means the 11th best team in the nation, even if they do beat Ga ( who was embarrassed by UNM).

He'd a be a JR. Tennessee pulled his redshirt halfway through his true freshman year

I am actually impressed with Dobb's tools. I think he's really talented. He's been terribly coached though.

He has the ingredients to be good, but he won't be given the time to develop in the NFL. It's so important that QBs pick coach over school because their future actually depends on it.

Then yes I think Mullen would turn him into another starting NFL QB. He is still gonna get drafted though.
