....when he retires.

Can you imagine the next coach trying to follow him up? The first time he goes 9-3 they'll fire him. Unless Saban flames out for a few years at the end.

Spoiled mfers don't know how good they have it.

Nobody will want to follow him. Maybe Croom finally gets his chance.

Seriously, ....and Mullen catching hell because he cant beat a team with a payroll that rivals the Yankees. If we win the Egg in 2012 and 2014 or 15....we are talking about campus monuments for him.

It will be like it was after the Bear.

If we had beaten Ole Miss last year we'd have a Sugar Bowl trophy right now and there would be ZERO Mullen haters. Our fanbase is THAT fickle (and self absorbed with Ole Miss).

They wandered through the early 1980s with Ray Perkins after Bear retired, then fired him after his best season (10-3). Then hired Bill Curry and fired him after his best season (10-2). Something tells me whoever they have, the leash will be short.

If Les Miles had had 1 more second the he would still have his job today. I'd say there are fan bases more fickle than ours.

Maybe. But it would just be for a week or 2. His days were numbered. They are going to lose a lot of games
