I deep fry a ton of turkeys every thanksgiving and christmas and if you don't know what you are doing that's easier to do than you think. I've never done it but you have to be careful. What most folks do to start a fire is put way too much oil and when you drop something in there, it rises over the pot. When hot grease touches a flame, not good. It's definitely not rocket science but people start big fires trying to fry something all the time.

Since Ole Miss is 1-0 and gloating right now, I was hoping for stuff along the line of "a ***** named Theodore wearing red pants and a Colonel Sanders hat catches mother's chandelier on fire while trying to cook Buffy some dinner. He then orders Leroy to clean it up and put out the fire because that is how they do it on the plantation".
