We may struggle some to beat UMASS, if we aren't able to find rhythm quickly on offense, or even lose, if we go retard in the second half. Start out strong early and we smash them.

We don't have much time left to improve a lot before we host Auburn. They aren't scary, but we need to get better on offense to score points on them, especially at qb.

If we lose to Auburn at home, the team will get down, and BYU will take advantage. It'll be a short week, long flight out, and miserable deal. But, if we beat Auburn, we will be VURRY HIGH and play BYU loose, and win, but won't be easy.

The next two games are HUGE for us. Win Saturday, then lose to Auburn, we're likely going 4-8. Because mid season turnarounds don't happen at Mississippi State. Gotta start winning right now.

Unfortunately, I think freeze getting a show cause is much more likely than us beating them. In fact, I think a show cause is pushing 90% after the ucla assistant got one for a level 2 infraction

I think so too ... the question is when does that actually happen. Does it drag out another year into 2017? He may end up coaching 2 or 3 games that year before the ax falls.

This is ridiculous. Yea we might not beat them but you are acting like they are 17'n Alabama or something. We got a better chance of beating them than we did LSU and it's at home. To say a team plays the exact same from the first game to a game late in the season is..well, childish and ignorant.

You're right but that's not the question.

The games that will determine whether we go bowling are whether we win five of the remaining winnable ones. Unfortunately, UM is not winnable for us unless they inexplicably implode. They are better than us and their offensive strength matches up to our defensive weakness.

Any team that is a run first team is a plus for us. Our front 7 is tough and gritty. Any team that has an average QB and good receivers will give us fits. Our 2 losses had average at best qb's. Arkansas, aTm, Bama, and OM have anywhere from average to very good QB's, and I'm not sure what to think of AU. BYU...no idea, but our offense at this point has yet to be impressive from start to finish. There will have to be a drastic change in our offensive production, and a complete turnaround with our CB play. We might get to 5 wins, but 6 could be a stretch.
