I have no plans and no idea what I'm doing this weekend outside of some bourbon and football.

HS football tonight. Cross country in the morning then all afternoon watching some football. Probably going to try my hand at making pizza dough. Bought some bread flower and yeast today, we'll see how it goes. Nothing planned Sunday so I bought some wings I plan on smoking. Stocked up on Michelob and Titos in hopes that I get rained in all weekend.

Worked at city bagel years back and they used the same dough for pizza and focaccia. Just slightly different rising and prep methods.

I've always heard water temp plays a big factor. I'll find out soon enough

Playing it lazy today. Threw a marinated tri tip in the crock pot on low for 12 hours. I have a 32 ounce cowboy ribeye in the cooler. Might do that for lunch.

Did that 2.5 lb Cowboy Ribeye for lunch. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Seared. Finish in oven. Spooned a garlic, butter, and touch of worceshire. Unbelievable flavor. I'm going to trim the bone and make a sandwich with the leftovers tomorrow.

I like it. I'm just now on my first whiskey and he's putting in work like that... Jameson Caskmates is perfect on ice
