Outstanding... If we have any shot Saturday night, aj has to keep this up.

He has to have a monster game. And I would love to see Simmons on the field quite a bit. The guy is a freak

I loved the hustle from the D against So Car. The defense, it's up to them this Saturday. I believe in the D.

I'm loving how our personnel and new scheme are shaping up together. With our ideal DL on the field, you have to double team James, then have to pick either Simmons or Jefferson to leave single blocked, and then still try to account for the pressure that could be coming from anywhere in the next level. It'll get nightmarish for OL and QB's as the front 7 continue to gel.

AJ and Simmons need to be on the field together for at least 75% of the snaps on Saturday. They can double team one of them if thats all they have to deal with, but they can't double team both of them.

Cory Thomas has to be mentioned in this group as well. He's played very well in the 1st 2 games.

He is blowing up hopefully like Preston Smith did as a senior. If our corners and safeties continue to improve, we might have a hellacool defense by Halloween.

This defense would step up a notch if they benched Graham. I like the kid and he has done everything the coaches have asked but he is not prepared mentally for the DB position. He looks lost on most plays and that can be a killer. Not sure who would replace him, maybe one of the RBs since they are not used anyway.
