I think we need to keep him, changed my opinion from last week! If he doesn't shop himself after this season, he deserves an extension of the full 4 years. We need to let recruits know we have stability.

Maybe last week made him realize the fanbase was not going to settle for halfassed effort from him any more. I have a suspicion there may have been a meeting to that effect, too. Or maybe he was just embarrassed as hell last week and his ego couldn't take it. Regardless of which it was, he had the fire back for a week at least. See if he maintains it the rest of the season.

He had them playing inspired football and boy was it fun to watch. LSU game should be a good one if Dan can keep the intensity

This is what I've always like about Saban. He doesn't care who the opponent is, he wants everyone to play the perfect game and he isn't satisfied with anything less. I liked the way he was chewing ass at and after yesterday's game. They didn't play to his expectations and he wasn't letting them slide.
