Coord grades per CFB Matrix week 1

How does this work? It looks like almost every coach is either an A or an F. I only see 4 coordinators with a B.

ETA: I read the description, and understand how he's coming up with the grades, but it looks like he needs to find a bit more middle ground, as the grades seem to be to the extreme ends.

I'm still a little confused on the grades. Appears to be heavily weighted towards talent since the grades are at the extremes. I can't find his per play metrics.
