If Nick Saban has a national championship offense even a true freshman can run, why in the hell do we run one that takes 3 years to learn?

I can't believe his QB recruits are smarter than ours.

Alabama QB's have arguably the nation's best supporting cast virtually every year. We don't. Apples to oranges.

I can't believe his QB recruits are smarter than ours.
Their offense is slightly more talented then ours. Better OL, better receivers, better RBs, TEs that can block, you get the drift.

Not to mention, they have a defense that can clean up for pretty much anything less than 4 TOs

True that Alabama has better players to work with, but that still doesn't address the OP's point ... a true freshman ran the offense last night. How did he learn all the plays in such a short time, and ours apparently can't, or at least that's what we're told. Their offense certainly isn't simpler to learn than ours.

Did you hear Dak talking about nfl offense vs dan's? Pretty much said it was easy to learn bc we ran most of the same plays from different formations

Come on. You think Williams and Fritz are on the same talent level as their QB?

Fitz has a lot of talent. Staley was pretty "talented" as well

According to the evaluation of our coaches, Staley was the odd man out and couldn't beat out Williams (late flip from Southern Miss) or Fritz (offers from Middle Tn and us). We're not getting 4 or 5 star QB prospects at State, Bama does. Our recruiting under Mullen and company had been very weak and it has caught up with us.
