The right qb started. We should have pounded the rock with him and Aries etc. Aries had 2 carries for 12 yards and never touched the ball again. Maddening.

I really don't blame Mullen for going with Williams when he did. I am mad Mullen stuck with Williams once he was ineffective

I had no problem with going to Damian when we did, but not at the expense of abandoning what should have been the game plan (rtgdfb) against a dl that averaged 259 pounds. Aries, the qb, Holloway, and Gibson should have combined for 45 carries today minimum.

The QB from Last Chance U. that just walked on.

Y'all know Mullen in his infinite wisdom is not going to start a walk on QB. What if this walk on looks good with limited practice, minimum knowledge of the play book and hardly any "grooming" from the QB guru himself? That would blow up Mullen's philosophy.

We were in trouble though the minute we had success with the passing game. In reality, there should have been maybe 10 passes all first half. Should have just pounded on them pounded on them and pounded on them in the first half. This team is going to have to run the ball to setup the pass. We are no longer the Dak offense. That is why losing that kid from West Point to Alabama hurts like a MF'er. His strength was run blocking.
