NFL Bag Policy in effect Saturday?

Listening to radio here in New Orleans and LSU SID was just on saying the NFL bag policy will be in effect got Lsu's game in Jerry's World against TCU. Haven't seen it mentioned anywhere. Would assume it is in effect in Reliant and if you haven't read it it blows. Purses can't be larger than hand or you can buy an NFL bag, which aren't cheap.

Per what I've seen/read, the NFL bag policy will NOT be in place for the MSU/OSU game.
