1. Please sue the NCAA. Please.
2. Please continue to believe that the NCAA has nothing.
3. Please keep believing state is the snitch.
4. Please believe that a 3+ year investigation is unique to your school
5. Please continue to believe that exemplary cooperation doesn't inlude firing current coaches and giving investigators unabated access to current players and coaches.
6. Know that if it was under a previous coach or AD, it will be discounted.
7. Know the best way to tell the NCAA is desperate is that they grant immunity
8. Believe that just as long as you pay for articles to be written by glorified bloggers, it makes what they say truthful.
9. Please, oh please, know that "being hated by the entire nation" validates your actions.
10. Most of all, if you care about nothing else, know that just because you are proven, admitted to, and are convicted of cheating, that has no bearing on the legitimacy of your success.

You are the champions of out bidding teams for players.

And that is nothing to be ashamed of.

That sums it up.
If they do sue the NCAA, couldn't the NCAA impose the penalties anyway? It's not like Ole Miss could stop the verdict. OM might could sue for a liable/slander/false evidence/ ect... but they couldn't stop the penalties. Am I wrong?
I know their objective would be to slow it down, but I don't see that happening.
