From what Rosebowl was saying I don't believe that is accurate that this happened months ago. I think the speaking with players on other teams about their Bear recruitment and giving them immunity is a very recent thing.

Hugh Freeze has consistently said that he doesn't know anything, and can't talk about anything with few exceptions. Those exceptions are details about the public message they want to send out. He can say in great detail why the investigation is no big deal. But when asked simple but uncomfortable questions, he says he's clueless.
