Doesn't look good for Romo. I'm glad it wasn't KJ Wright that hit him or they would have said conspiracy. Dak Prescott era begins. "The revolution will not be televised."

I seen it dawg

Good drive. Dak makes correct read on zone read for 9. Makes great throw to a back turned lb for TD to witten

How are you watching this game? My Dish program guide says the game begins at 10. And yes, that's Central time.

It wasn't just a LB. It was KJ Wright. LOL

Dallas will have to bring in another qb. No way Romo last long this year. Dak has a good chance to start, but the Cowboys probably needs a 3rd due to Romo's health.

I honestly hope he stays healthy just so Dak can take his time developing. The expectations will be stupid high after the preseason he's having.

If it's meant to be for Dak to be a starter in this league then why wait? I mean hell he looks ready now. He still has a lot to learn but the best way to learn is being thrown into the fire.

I don't think this is a good thing for Dak. The more likely scenario is they go and sign a veteran to come in for the year rather than throwing a rookie out to the wolves.

I think it would be better for Dak if Romo stays healthy, Dak is doing great, but this is the pre-season. Everything changes when it's the regular season.

This. Once the regular season starts, the defenses go chocolate. Being brought in gradually would be better if possible.

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Russell Wilson start his Rookie season? Or at some point his rookie year and he did fine and took a good team to two Super Bowls in like 3 or 4 seasons. Dak isn't Russell good yet but he has the potential to be. He is a student of the game and has the work ethic comparable to him so I don't see why he couldn't do it. I'm just saying don't be surprised if he lights up the world at some point this season. If he doesn't and Romo stays healthy that will be ok too. Dak will no doubtely make mistakes in this league but I think with him being so coach able he will learn from those and continue to progress. I mean look how much better he got between his junior and senior year in college. I'm just saying I think he can do it.

Dak is exactly what the Cowboys need. The poise he displays is phenomenal. its like he has been in the nfl for 3 yrs
