When you are fighting information requests to your University the way they have been- you arent looking to take someone to court.

The NCAA has offered Immunity long before now. OM fans are freaking out because they know they have done wrong per NCAA violations and they dont want to pay the Piper. But the Piper must be paid. And they are freaking out today.
