Can I design an area of campus that will serve as a memorial to our mascots? I have a couple ideas that would highlight their reigns for future generations.

Well there already is a memorial to all of the mascots located on the 50 yard line of the stadium. Each Bully (I through XXI) have a marker on the 50 yard line under where Bully I was buried.
