I'll look at three or four different sets of projections throughout the year and he always has the Bears projected higher and better than everyone else. He'll still have them in the NCAA Tourney when no other projections do. I don't know if he has a connection with them or not, but I put zero stock into anything he says.

Homedawg is correct. Lots of concern about our QB play to this point in camp. The fact that Damien Williams is possibly pushing for a starting job tells me we are in trouble. We only have 3 auto wins on this schedule for 2016

Fitz played QB one year of HS and was an option QB that threw very little. He is green green green. Lots of talent- but he is still learning. He is getting baited into all kinds of throws. The fact that he is our best runner is what gives him the best shot.

Auburn is going to start Franklin. He's can fly, but he's 185 pounds and a very inconsistent passer. Remember 185 pounds.

Arky, BYU, and Kentucky all start new qb's I think. Kentucky won 5 games last year. Jerry Palm is a certified idiot on MSU football. Unfortunately, he's not alone.

Thanks, Bothrops. I really did know the answers to the questions I posed. I don't exactly put on maroon colored glasses at the start of each year, but I do believe we will win our share and be more than just bowl eligible. I believe that we do have a program, coaches, players, fans, and facilities so that the days of an occasional feast followed by several years of famine are over.
