You may remember the threat I started about the fall up north is going to be glorious where that TSUN fan my mom teaches with was acting like there were no violations. She wants a nice concise list to shove in his face and I can't find anything. Just need something simple like:

Level 1 violations
1. this booster did this
2. this coach did this
3...

Level 2 violations
1. ....

41 - Didn't realize Hugh may have been involved with an academic scandal.

44-46 - Disregarding the Tunsil stuff, would this force OM to vacate all wins from 2010-2014?

I think you will see wins vacated...who knows if the players in question played in all the wins? Though, it will be easily checked through participation charts. Will they vacate each and every win during the players whole careers?

I would much rather see (in chronological form) a list that had the "expected" sanctions by OM fans cross referenced with the list above...

ie:
1. no sanctions
2. 9 over 3

etc....

then cross reference that with the stages of grief...

This is definitely not all of the allegations. There is much more you will eventually see. The NCAA is not through investigating. It just keeps piling up. There is much more to the Tunsil case that is not listed that includes academics from a very good source, among other things. Just be patient, if it was complete, the NCAA would not still be talking to people.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Also, when it is laid out like that and so many current staff, including St. Hugh, are listed, it makes it hard to fathom how they SHOULD get any kind of punishment that could even remotely be considered "light". Wow.

I will. He sounds like one of the extreme smug bastard types that even when confronted with the truth will deny it. Hell, There will probably be some that will deny being on probation two years into it. Bjork just decided it would be the Christian thing to do to not go to a bowl game for a couple of years to give some other struggling team a chance to play in one.

And your neat list of responses as read in the University's Official Response to tha NOA

1. "The University agrees...
2. "The University agrees...
3. "The University agrees...
4. "The University agrees...

Followed by something like "...our compliance department instructed player number one not to take those other two loaner cars and when the VIN numbers were run on the vehicle that was wheel locked they didn't trace back to the dealership but to the individuals who sold the Tundra to the dealership. We had also educated the dealership (who is considered a booster) not to participate in this practice of loaner cars. So you see our compliance department was exemplary but was being lied to."

That's how the first 1/3 of the official response reads; mea culpa after mea culpa followed by bad excuses. Their public response in no way matches their official response to the NCAA that they paid someone 1.5 million to write.

Outstanding. There is is in black and white. Thanks

Steve Robertson is actually the one that broke all of that down. I just did a copy and paste from the free board over there a while back and had to go back and find this. One other thing Steve said about this is if you actually break it down all the way, its more like 70 violations. For instance look at #44. It is listed once but it involves 3 recruits. Therefore, that's really 3 violations.

ETA:
Just quickly scanning what I copied and pasted from Steve, it appears that the word 'booster' is mentioned in 20 different allegations. We know for a fact that one booster is the FCA guy from Memphis and that another is Canon Motors. If you remove the allegations committed by these boosters from the list, do the remaining 6 disassociated UNM boosters account for the rest of the booster allegations? I'm just wondering if they have disassociated boosters who haven't been publicly named in these allegations yet. Maybe someone who is more familiar with who has been disassociated can put the puzzle together.
