I know we have some guys on here from Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. I hope all of you are safe. It's a damn mess down there. I saw where LSU canceled their fan day. I'm sure there are many players and coaches affected by the flooding.

I have family in the Lafayette area and some neighborhoods were under 4ft of water.

Pictures I've seen from co-workers shows flooding starting in the Walker area. I-12 appears to be closed from Hammond west.

I mean WOW. was just down in Lafayette for vacation one week ago. All our friends and their extended families' homes are flooded. And several friends along the I-12 and 55 from MS/LA line and towards Baton Rouge have been flooded as well. Terrible disaster down there

Denham Springs is a freaking MESS

20,000 rescued. 10,000 in shelters. 32 inches of rain in a couple of days. I-55 is flooded and shut down.

This is a lot like Jackson's flood back in the 70s.
