My wife's cousin has the 11. I live about 4 blocks from him and across a busy road. I can hear him ring it from my backyard at night. Real talk.

I have the large, or original size. It is extremely loud, probably too loud. It also is a chore to ring for long and A couple of years ago cracked down one side.
The smaller one looks downright puny.

Eta: I just looked at the website, it appears they redesigned the 7" so the shaft is thicker, making it look less like a toy.
