Does anyone know if there is a subway/rapid transit option from the galleria to Reliant Stadium?

Taxi cab. No subway in Houston. Short cab ride.

There is, but not from the Galleria. The train pretty much goes in a line from the stadium to the middle of downtown.

I've got a room at the JW Marriott near the Galleria. Is there anywhere to go out in the area? Do I need to switch to a hotel downtown?

will there be a problem catching a taxi after the game back to the Galleria. I've never had trouble taking a taxi to a game...just tough finding one after the game when tons of people are leaving at the same time.

Lots to near the galleria. Wine bar in uptown park great restaurants. But you really need a car( or a cab) in houston
