On the surface, I must admit that I have no clue who the 17 this guy is. However, on the other hand, usually when Mullen accepts a commitment like this, it's some under the radar guy that turns out to be Darius Slay or something.

Huge get! A dynamic athlete at S or CB that Auburn was trying to reel in. Great job guys!

If co Lin's defense isn't sick this year, we may have problems with our recruiting strategy. How many exactly on that defense have we offered?

This is a big pickup. This guy is long and athletic and can play corner or safety.

Yeah, I just watched the video & he's really athletic with twitch. Also appears to have some versatility. Good job

At least 4 that I can think of off the top.

Yeah, I'm in. He may be Ed Reed. That's one athletic dude.

My question though, is that he was a full qualifier out of high school. How does that guy, with that body, not get D1 football offers out of high school?

Article on 24/7 on why he chose State. Had liked us since the 9th grade. Fell off most recruiting radar after breaking his leg in high school. Good comments from him about our coaches and how we stayed with him. Good read, free article.

It's nice to see stories about us recruiting the right way. Believing in a kid, sticking with him and giving him a chance after an injury like that. Hope it pays off and he continues to rock some receivers.

When I see that many off one defense, I think about Western Arizona. Who were those guys? Khalil Nash, Danny Snyder, and Oyefosobi? Are those names correct? Was there another one?

Being a Co-Lin alum I love us having a connection to them. My daughter will be attending Co-Lin this fall and I am looking forward to going to some games and checking out all our guys.

I love it. I've been advocating for using more JUCO help. Mullen knows he'll need it in 2017. Need another OL.

Co-Lin's defense was really good last year...until they got hammered with injuries. They beat East Ms, which is no small feat.

He'll get some new offers now and possibly three stars.
