no- we are set at RB. We have a 2 RB's already committed- one a 4-star and another that people think is a baller also.

Miss State has not and never will have a problem recruiting RB's

Get me 2-3 OT's and I don't give one rat's ass about how well we do at the skill positions.

Vontae Jackson, Staley's RB, had over 200 yards and 3TDs on 3 carries. Just sayin.

He had two 95+ yard TDs on back-to-back plays. Here's a Vine I took of the first one.

The only problem is Sprayberry is slowwwww and small. That game looked like South Panola taking on Starkville Academy. As you can see from that video, he broke threw the line in no time with only a finger touching him and was off to the races. He did that on both occasions. Pathetic defense all night. He looked like a nice player but let's see him against good competition.

And like C34 said, we do not need another tailback. And we can stay in state for those every year.

I agree. I didn't come away saying, 'We gotta sign that kid.' Just one of those games where you can't evaluate much.

Subtract Perkins and add two coach mentioned and we're set at rb

Im gonna have to agree with you guys on this one. Devontae is a good back, but he is not suited for the SEC. He's just not fast enough. He's quick, but not fast. He has great vision also. At his size, he needs world class track speed. He aint even in the top 3 as far as speed goes on our team. Also , our team is by far the fastest in our region. Hands down.
