that's too bad. I worked with a girl who played some jr college basketball and she loved her some girls hoops. I remember after one of TN's natties she said "that pat summit is one bad assed bitch!" (in complimentary fashion)

hate to see her in that situation.

Sad very sad. My Mom died of Alzheimer's disease.

I use to work the summer camps at Tn when Ray Mears/Stu Aberdeen coached and Pat was very young (as I) starting the women's program team. I worked 4 weeks for Coach Aberdeen and two weeks for Pat. Great time way back in the 70"s. Btw, both were real basketball camps, sunrise to midnight teach fundamentals and drills along with playing games. Night time Coach Aberdeen would bring in Coaches to have "skull sections", I learned a lot and learning the "run and jump" defense and motion offense was a thing of beauty!
