It's true, Adam is thanking people on Twitter, and Cohen just tweeted it.

That 2013 team was loaded after all! Very happy for Adam.

Man that's awesome. Just a matter of time before Holder and Renfroe get called up.

And I think Woodruff will get called up in about a year or two. Ben Bracewell is pitching well in a AA and I think he might at least get a cup of coffee in a year or two as well if he keeps performing.

He wasn't on the 2013 team, but Nick Routt just got called up to AAA after dominating in AA for the Reds. I could see him being a LOOGY possibly- plus the Reds have the worst bullpen ERA in MLB. I could see the Reds possibly calling him up in September.

Of course, Hunter Renfroe will be called up this year as well.

I think Holder will probably need a year in AAA before he gets called up most likely. This year is possible- especially if the Yankees trade their bullpen arms as expected but my guess is they keep him in AA and maybe promote him to AAA when/if they make those trades as expected.

I think our team this year had a lot of guys that will make it up to MLB- Hudson, Humphreys as a relief pitcher, Daniel Brown, Zac Houston and then wait and see on the others. I like Lowe's chances if he can show more power and I think he will. I'm interested to see if Collins stays behind the plate for Cleveland and how he develops as a hitter. Robson is going to have to hit at every level to make it up but I could see him as a fourth OF, pinch hit/pinch run role player for the Tigers if he can do it. I'm interested to see how Sexton does with the Cardinals. His fastball isn't overpowering, but he has a good change up and he knows how to pitch and he competes. I don't know if he makes it or not but I think he is better than the round he was drafted in.

And of course some of the underclassmen have a good chance to make it as well.

Is he being brought up as SS or utility?

.333/.401/.425 at AAA this year

Don't try to steal at this level, Adam... 17 sb, 15 cs

The more guys we have in the league the better. Easy recruiting tool.

He's a utility player.

Absolutely. That's how people like Vanderbilt get the guys that they do.

It's basically a crime that Renfroe hasn't been called up yet.

He is killing it but his K to BB ratio is pretty bad. I think it is like 56Ks to 9BBs in 290 AB. He is not going to be asked to walk a lot but he still needs to really improve on taking pitches and not chasing out of the zone or big league arms are going to figure him out pretty quickly. The raw stuff he is seeing in AA and AAA are pretty good but the command is lacking. Big league guys especially the elite are a whole different animal. I think he still has a chance to be an above average player in the MLB but he has to get a little better at not chasing IMO.

Yup.

And everyone said that team lacked talent and under achieved. 5 big leaguers as of now with Renfroe guaranteed and Holder as a possible

Like I said a few months ago, more overall talent than the 1985 team.

Glad for Adam. He was one tough out at the plate when he played for us.

And that they can offer a $250000 education on a full scholarship
