The only thing on the tap for the weekend is the NBA finals on Sunday. No plans for me. I've been sick all damn week

Snacking on some deer sausage and just popped the top on a Lazy Magnolia "10". It's a pretty darn good quad. A little fruity and a little smokey. Surprisingly drinkable for a 10% ABV beer.

Same here. I'm not able to leave the house much every other weekend, so I'll be doing yard work all day tomorrow and probably washing vehicles for the most of Sunday. I also made a deal that I'd eat vegetables all day every other Friday so I'm probably going to grill some asparagus, zucchini and okra that someone just dropped off the house. Any have any unique ways of doing veggies on the grill?

Had to go to New Orleans this past week so we stopped to see someone at the Rum House. Saw that Abita makes a Blueberry wheat. I didn't it get it down to the label. Will be trying that though. I try to drink as much from LM, Chandeleur and Crooked Letter as possible

I like to support the local breweries as well. Lazy Magnolia is right down the road from my office. I like some LM beers, but they have really missed on some. I love the Chandeleur Freemason!

Biloxi brewing Salty Dog now. Pretty awful. The coriander flavor is extremely overpowering.

It's down the road from my house as well. The beach blonde from Biloxi is a good one. I've been wanting to try the new harbor honey from chandeleur but haven't been able to find it. And by haven't been able to find it, I mean the two liquor stores in the kiln does not have it.

Had two single day trips to Athens this week (10 hours driving each day), and a workshop in Savannah. I'm whipped, so the kids picked dinner. Waffle House.

Round of golf at Sapelo Hammock in Darien tomorrow morning. Probably toss some shrimp on the barby.

Didn't really plan much for tonight, so it's chicken and hot dogs on the grill.

Got a new me powered sled today. Jackson Cuda 12. Hope I can get out and test it soon.

Unfortunately, no pics from last night due to being covered in ground meat. Last night we put up:

15 lbs ground elk burger
10 lbs wild hog breakfast sausage
10 lbs wild hog bratwurst
4 pints canned venison chunks
10 pints canned hog chunks

Let's just say the freezer and pantry are looking good right now.
