Is he gonna play this year?

Holloway and Lewis both being deep for KR would kick a lot of ass. But knowing Mullen, I see him putting LDP and Lewis back there - and every team will kick to LDP who will reliably get the ball out to the 20-25.

According some post practice interviews the #1 KO team is Lewis and Rojo and #2 is Love and Holloway. Whitley is actually running #1 PR which surprised me

Damn I hope this is right........Perkins is the worst KO return guy in the SEC.

And that is surprising to hear that Whitley is returning punts.

We've got to get the ball in Holloway's hands in same way. He put up crazy numbers in the spring game at RB and I could be wrong, but I don't think he played RB until the spring. I hope that we move him all over the place and just find a way to get him the ball.

Whitley could run back in high school. He had slimmed down a lot so maybe he has regained some of his quickness.

I would love to see Lewis and Holloway as kick returners.

I really hope we can find a way to get Holloway the ball. Whether its out of the backfield/slot/kick returner, i think he could be a play maker for us.

If he stays healthy, Brandon will be a special weapon this year. He has the smallest frame and quickest legs on the team. However, he is a risk as a return man because of his hands. Otherwise he would be the guy.

I say put Holloway out there on KR with Lewis. None of this one playmaker paired with a guy who can't break one bullshit.

Let's be aggressive. Get our playmakers on the field. One or two TO's on KR this year is worth the big plays and the consistent return yardage these guys get us over a LDP.

We definitely need to have someone deep in tandem who can get a good seal block on the first guy down on coverage. Too often in the past we have had someone who would whiff the first guy and prevent a big return.

I agree with having Holloway back to field kickoffs, so long as he doesn't fumble. If he is fumbling in practice, then I want him nowhere near returning kicks.

Guess it is good to be a special weapon rather than the Secret Weapon like Arceto Clark getting his redshirt blown for 5-6 plays starting in the 8th or 9th game of the season. If the guy is good I don't know why we wouldn't have him and Lewis returning kickoffs together.
