I want one, preferably a travel trailer that I can pull with an Avalanche or possibly even a van. Opinions? Worth it, not worth it?

I can't imagine anything better than one of these honestly. And further, if I wanted to build a hook up on some family land, that shouldn't be hard should it? Just running a water line, electric line and a septic tank I guess. And maybe a metal top garage on some concrete.
