DH and hitting 7th. I don't expect much production from our 7-9. Marrero hasn't had a hit in a month. Mangum in left and Rooker in right.

If Hump doesn't get a fastball he is headed back to the dugout, teams have figured that out.

So Cohen agreed with us regarding Hump. Interesting. He had almost half of Drabuck's strikeouts by himself. Should sit a game. Marrero has been hitting the ball hard though at least.

Yes but Rooker had two bombs last weekend and at least has hit extra basehits lately.

At least he got 12 out of there vs a RHP

Wish Cohen would give Gordon a chance at DH

It also says a lot that someone who should be a leader on our team sits on a possible elimination game which could be his last game as an MSU player.

Didn't some folks say last year we liked Gordon more as a P than a hitter? Did he evern work with th pitchers this year. I still hate Robson in the 5 hole but maybe he'll prove me wrong today

Brown hasn't had a hit since I think April and has looked much worse at the plate then Marrero. At least Marrero has had some great swings and had some loud outs.

I would've had no problem with it a month ago. Facing elimination? Nah, not today

So we are facing a righty I presume. Bannister?

They'd be idiotic if they didn't pitch Bannister IMO. That would basically be handing the series back to us if they didn't start him.

I'm sure he made the choice to not put himself in the lineup today**

Never said Humphreys wanted to sit. My point was Cohen sat a guy on a possible elimination game and that says a lot.

His bat certainly isn't overcoming his liability in the field at the moment.

I am comfortable with Cohen making lineup and pitching decisions. He has done pretty damn good.

This tells you how shitty he is vs RHP's
