What all colleges honor the passes for football games and how many guests can come in with the pass at a high school game?

As far as I know every college honors the pass. You are allowed up to 2 tickets with the pass. As far as high school games, the state pass, allows only entry for one. The district passes allow for 2. That info is on the pass.

Anytime. A little loophole exists if you need to get more people in. (Also it probably depends on how badly they want a player that you coach or from your school) You can get two tickets, plus any person (male or female) who is a high school student can get one for themselves and another for a guest. That's one you can use during tough times.
