Great talent. Hit 4 hr in one game against Starkville his sr year, at Starkville, not the crackerjack box meridian use to play in. He had lightning quick hands. I truly believe he would have been a star on the bigs.

I saw Him play. Up Close. I refereed a couple of Meridian's football games. He was an electric punt returner. The best Game was a Meridian-Starkville game. He was a special Player -no doubt.

I remember Brian when he was just a baby. Me and his brothers, Popeye and Greg played ball together growing up and at Meridian High. Brian had a lot of the same traits as Pop, super fast hands and could really run. Me and Pop were the same age and Pop is one of the best friends I've ever had. It was a shame what happened to Brian, I truly believe that kid was gonna be a superstar. Remember when that wreck happened and how devestated the family was. Truly a shame!
