I don't think details are known right now. The SB Nation MMA site is reporting the Slice was rushed to the hospital in dire condition, but doesn't offer any other details.

I would think roids are connected. I've seen it before, and I know someone that's dealing with major health issues now from that.

That's essentially what killed Eddie Guerrero. Hard to believe it's been 10 years. Eddie had been clean for years by all accounts, but the damage to his heart was already done.

He tested positive for Nandrolone and elevated Test levels after a February fight.

Unfortunately, the dots can be possibly connected.
