I have read this somewhere as well. The NCAA host is not allowed advantages, including walk-up music. They are only the host.

Assuming you mean the television broadcast and not radio ... I haven't watched the entire game but thought he was doing a pretty good, relatively unbiased job. Just a matter of perspective I suppose.
