It says he not comfortable with our decision, but it's up to the school.

And I don't know who pissed off Brad Crawford at 247, but wow:

"Baylor president Ken Starr also believed in second chances, admitting as much to ESPN on Thursday during a 45-minute interview that revealed the Bears literally had no clue what they were doing when handling claims of violence when it involved football players.

Should Simmons act out in violence at Mississippi State, blood will be on the hands of Stricklin, Mississippi State president Mark E. Keenum and football coach Dan Mullen. They'll have to accept the blame and try to explain why he was welcomed to campus. "

Oh well. Simmons isn't a serial woman beater, so this will never become an issue. Just ignore these fools...something else will come out soon for them to over-dramatize. Simmons is a good kid...he won't repeat it.

**** him, **** the media, **** our media relations department for incompetency, and **** our administration for not having the balls to allow Simmons to enroll in full with zero punishment and a "no comment now, no comment ever." This bullshit is ridiculous.

Looks like sooner or later we'd get use to this kind of crap from the media. We've always gotten more negative coverage than positive no matter what.

I wish Stricklin had worn an IDGAF t-shirt to every meeting in Destin.

I bet Sankey would be more comfortable with the decision if it was alabama or lsu. Screw Sankey, what has the commisioners office ever done for us?

Were you really expecting SEC brass to care about us? Time has passed but things have not changed. We are not one of the bluebloods of the SEC. We are the maroon-haired stepchild. Whatever we become as a university it will be inspite of the SEC not because of them. (But we will keep cashing these checks though.)

We made the right decision, if you study the case and apply a little critical thinking. Some of the media tools still confuse us with Ole Miss anyway. What does that tell you?
