Hugh Freeze Manages to Take and Shed Responsibility in One Non-apology

"These aren't the sorts of things that happen without an 'intent to cheat.' Is Freeze suggesting that an evil demon is covertly planting cash on Ole Miss players at the behest of Dan Mullen?"

"Thankfully, Freeze is operating on a higher plane of thought than most of us ? or he?s just a massive hypocrite."

This dude has been reading my mind since Bucky was anointed by the Godfather Acrhibald Manning.

Freeze’s apology makes it seem like he wants you to view him as the bumbling idiot he was portrayed as in The Blind Side, and not as what he actually is: the handsomely paid CEO of a major college football program.

Exactly

And the thing that ticks me off is Freeze out there spouting that they don't buy players when we all know that guys like CJ Johnson, Paidwell, Tunsil and Tee Shepherd were bought but they don't show up in the allegations. And that doesn't even factor in a recent purchase like AJ Brown.

Have no fear until the sanctions are released. Typically, the NCAA works like this:

NOA = What the NCAA can prove

Sanctions = What the NCAA actually think you did.

The NCAA may absolutely know that Ole Miss bought these players, but because they can't prove it, they won't submit it as part of the NOA. However, when handing out sanctions, they will give you a bowl ban for giving a player a $20 bill. Not because they care about the $20 bill, but because they know you are guilty of a whole lot more

".. his words ring hollow, evoking the tone-deaf denials athletes often use to explain away PED scandals."

Time to stop the insanity Rebels... you're beginning to make Baghdad Bob look like Abe Lincoln.

EVERYBODY KNOWS YOU CHEATED YOUR ASS OFF!!

Fess up, clean house, and stop soiling your institution and our state.

this author needs to get his FACTS straight. Everybody knows the Scientologist Dan Mullen only sends level III operating Thetans to covertly plant cash his behest.

Good grief, the comments... bets on if they'll EVER figure out their AD and head coach are the ones they should be mad at?

No. Just no, they will never consider any action on their part as being corrupt or something they are not entitled to.

This and the boneyard with Steve today basically pointing out how Freeze continues to shed blame confirms exactly how he has been throughout his post at TSUN. With him saying he didn't know this and that is such a lack of leadership. This all brings back memory's of how after every loss he would place blame on his team and never take responsibility or the caveat of its his responsibilty BUT Wallace played bad. He would throw Bro Wallace under the bus after every loss it seemed. Then on their "The Season" he would always blame it on needing to go out and get better recruits. What message does this send to him team? Pointing our players losing the game and needing better players than they are? I have lost all respect for this man. He really just needs to keep his mouth shut at this point.
