I love how Jon Solomon feels inclined to mention Jeffrey Simmons in regards to transfers but doesn't mention that Alabama brought in the guy last year from Georgia with domestic violence issues that likely sparked this entire discussion. Of course our friendly neighbors up north have made an entire recruiting model of finding athletes who have been kicked off of other teams for disciplinary reasons and "heppin" them to rehabilitate in the safe confines of the Oxford Square, Library, and Grove.
Also of note is that our very own Jay Hughes will be the lone football representative for players at the meeting this summer. That deserves some acknowledgement.
