Here's why the NCAA must act: If they do not act, they will have USC and OSU screaming to the high heavens as well as any other school that's gotten popped in the last several seasons, and those schools and places would have every right to be furious with the NCAA. If OM is allowed to self impose on this, they might as well give Reggie Bush his trophy back.......
