I think this falls under the aggravated range and we haven't even gotten to Round 2.

Don't let them spin this, guys. NOTHING ABOUT THIS GOOD. IT'S ACTUALLY VERY BAD.

And that aggravated range is for ONE level one violation. Freeze has three thus far.

Really Clark?

Yep. They are hoping for the minimum for one standard Level 1 infraction or maximum one mitigated Level 1 infraction on the scholarship reduction. I just don't see the NCAA accepting that.

Pretty clear that their self-imposed penalties are going for the mitigated range and their response lays out the case for it referencing "exemplary cooperation". Just a matter of whether or not the NCAA buys it. In the NOA, it is stated that only Allegations 6, 8, and 9 were self reported by the University. What about the rest? It's not hard to cooperate when you are busted by somebody else IMO. I don't think that merits back patting.

There's really no telling what happens. Wouldn't surprise me if the NCAA accepted penalties as-is and wouldn't surprise me if they significantly increased either. There's just no telling with that crew.

I'm still waiting for a reporter to ask Freeze if filing a motion to prevent any of his potential testimony in the Tunsil case from being viewed by the NCAA is an example of "exemplary cooperation". If you're telling the truth and have handed over all pertinent information, why do you feel guilty when you've got your hand on the Bible Freeze?
