Why they fought to keep the NOA hiding before signing day? But as a public university we kept saying that when it was released it would be fairly detailed. You can't hide this stuff forever anymore and only get a glossed over version. Once Bjork said they would release it when they responded, it would have been suicide for them not to. Because at that point they could not ignore FOI request as a public university. They didn't have to release it by NCAA rules but once they responded it was coming out one way or another. They could sit on the original NOA because of the sending to attorney and waiting for third parties to respond privacy issue. And think, this is just the first one.
