I'm very nervous about this weekend. We seem to be taking a sweet for granted. It is so hard to sweep anyone, much less an SEC team with a heckuva coach. No matter how good or bad they may be. We need this sweep bad Bc I honestly think aTm will drop one to OM and that gives us the west if we sweep. And it is likely LSU pills one out against UF. It would suck so bad for everyone to do what needed to be done for us to be SEC champs and then us crap it away.

It is silly to assume a sweep. If the teams are evenly matched, the odds are .125

In this case, the first game is a 90% proposition, and it will determine the remaining outcomes more than likely. Arkansas has lost ten games in a row to teams that are nowhere near us. they have either quit or will tonight if their Hoover chances are gone.

The only thing that I could find regarding a streak like this is that Texas did it in '77 and Florida Atlantic did it in '99. Both won 34 straight games. However, that isn't saying that there could've been smaller streaks with "back-to-back-to-back" series sweeps. There may very well have been. These were the only ones that I could find.

Yeah, I was just referring to a generic situation, at the outset. I have said a couple of times I think we have about a 75% chance of sweeping. It was lower for Auburn and they never even sniffed a win.

There are a couple of special circumstances for us against ARK. One, they have lost 10 in a row. Two, they simply aren't going to beat even an average Dakota Hudson. When they lose tonight, I think they will have a hard time getting up off the floor. With no Hoover, they have nothing to play for except pride, and they seem to have lost that.

Toss in us at Home, on a win streak, SEC on the line, and I will be surprised if ARK doesn't get embarressed

I never really understood why people said the Dude was a pitchers park because I thought it was basically the same as most other sec fields. I just googled the majority of the sec fields and while our RF, CF and LF deminsions are basically the safe as other sec parks our power alleys are a good 10 ft deeper than most others at 376 and 374. I wonder if we should move them in about 10 feet.

Yeah, true. He did get on but at the same time for being a senior he is so inconsistant at the plate. I thought that after last week he was getting into form at the plate and then he just has that awful at bat to strike out.

Yeah, Humphrey's 10 pitch k was worthless! Rooker's RBI to put us on the board first was worthless and horrid. One or both of them will dominate tomorrow or Saturday or Wednesday (sooner rather than later, as it's inevitable and has been all year), and I can't wait. I'm so tired of people going off box scores it's unreal - quid, you obviously didn't which makes these comments even more mind-boggling.
