IB is some guy lives in NY and is has a gambling picks website. He was the first to mention Western Union payments and then rumor was Bro screwed him on a point shaving deal and he's still mad about it. Been threatening to "bring down the program" for a while.

IB mentioned Western Union payments years ago and the Ole Miss Athletic Dept got exercised over it.

Last week Tunsil's stepfather claimed Barney Farrar sent cash by Western Union to Tunsil's mother in Florida.
